TenΓ­amos cucarachas en la habitaciΓ³n y cuando pedimos que nos cambiaran por favor de habitaciΓ³n, se negaron y dijeron que no habΓ­a habitaciones disponibles. Enviaron a alguien a quitar las cucarachas y como era muy temprano, no habΓ­a sitios abiertos para desayunar mientras esperΓ‘bamos. Tras quejarnos durante bastante rato, nos dieron un voucher de desayuno y de repente, tenΓ­an habitaciΓ³n disponible para cambiarnos.

"Horrible Customer Service"

I recently inquired about staying here over the phone April 18th-19th and after being booked for the following night I cancelled the reservation on that same phone call. Hilton charged me a β€œno-show” fee of $433 because they did not cancel the reservation. After asking for a refund they explained they couldn’t even find the reservation. I’ve been told there manager Fernando would give me a call back twice. I’ve been told to talk to there general manager ebony and given her email who after over a week does not respond. I’m extremely disappointed by the customer service and lack of response. Will never in my life be staying at a Hilton again.

"A perfect stay"

We loved our stay. Wish we had longer to enjoy the hotel fully. Check-in was easy, we ordered room service with was easy. The bed was I think the comfiest I have ever slept in. Perfect after a 13 hour flight.
