Room was not clean.

I liked the service that the people on staff provided. VERY professional and they were very helpful.

The water pressure in our room was horrible. The beds were nto very soft they seemed to be difficult for me to sleep on.

The staff was very polite and understanding.

We booked in advance but were very disappointed upon our arrival. The room given to us had the door knocked off the hinge and wouldn't close. The 2nd room was dirty and stunk of "wet dog." We left after that..

Property was fine but they didn’t offer much for breakfast in the morning.

Nice location. Paige was at the front desk and was very nice and helpful.

Shower head leaked. The shower was out of conditioner and soap. The front desk area ran completely out of coffee and took about an hour to refill. The front desk person in the morning was very hard to find. I don’t think they had enough staff in the morning.

It was nice looking on the outside. Provided a place to rest on my trip.

My bathroom was not properly cleaned. One of the plugs on my nightstand didn’t work. It smelled like old man clothes with a bad deodorizer in there. I’m very sensitive to scent. It was not nice.

After a 14 hour drive, the last thing we wanted was to find a crabby front desk person and a bed that looked half made. Bottom sheets were not secured at the corners and the mattress pad was exposed. Try as we might we could make it fit. Too tired to complain or ask for new room so we figured out solution. Shower look was slippery should have a mat. I did express these concerns to Hampton Corp Guest Relations and did not recieve a satisfying reply. We have stayed here 7-8 times over the years but will look for a different place going forward.

Carpet needs updating as it looks old and dirty.
