Hampton Inn Locust Grove

The only issue we had, was the people above us made quite a bit of noise until about 2:30 in the morning. I was not sure if is was children playing or if was a dog playing with a ball. I fell asleep but my sister said they kept her up. I should have called the front desk but I didn't. I will stay here again in my travels

The hotel was nice and clean everyone was nice and helpful

I don't have any bad reviews I just got stuck in the elevator but it was quickly resolved

Trouble with checking as a 3 rd party Then we checked out they ask my name when we turned keys. Did not even have us registered in that room. Will not stay at this Hampton inn again

We were traveling with our dog and the room we had was at the end of the hall by a side entry door (Key required) this worked very well for us. The complimentary breakfast was good and most importantly, opened promptly at 7:00AM to assists our earliest possible departure. The hotel is in good condition, but the shower door did not want to stay closed while showering and the shower grout and shower floor did reflect some age.

All was good, except I was charged twice for the sane stay. I wanted to use a different card when I arrived. The employee did not remove the previous charge from the site, but added another charge from the hotel itself. Hope this is cleared in the next few days

Took a half hour to fix the double charge the front desk clerk did. Then there was a cockroach above the front door in the first room, then got moved to another room. Also, please fix the beeping fire alarm that was beeping last month when I stayed there. Last time for me.

It was back away from the busy roads and quiet

We couldn't stay at our usual Hilton hotel in Macon because of being booked, so we drove up to just south of Atlanta in Locust Grove. It was getting late and we were tired so even though this was a bit pricy we stayed the night. After getting something to eat, we settled down for the evening and things began to get noticed. Around the edge of the platform bed, there was lint and dust balls on the carpet...looked like it wasn't even vacuumed. The shower walls looked like it still had soap scum on it. No wastebasket in the bathroom, but did have one in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, but at some point during the night, the fitted sheet came loose on one side of the bed. Breakfast consisted of mostly spicey eggs and meats, no fruit and they kept running out of coffee. Needless to say, we probably will not stay there again in traveling through. This place needs some help.
