The place was filthy & there were homeless people sleeping in the stairwell

Rm 115 floor was not very clean, bits if debris and hair

The area was a bit sketchy. There were homeless hanging out across the street. The hallways were very dirty. It looked like it has been a while since they were vacuumed. There was trash on the floor in the hallways and near the restrooms by the pool. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. The waffles were ice cold. There were just a couple of bagels, no bread to make toast. The cranberry juice was warm. Our shower had no water pressure. The water just trickled out. There was hot water though. We were thankful for that.

Realizing this is a lower priced hotel, but it didn't need to be "dirty". The carpet had not been vacuumed, and needed cleaning. Light bulbs burned out, toilet running - all signs of poor housekeeping. Also, the mattress needed replaced and the parking lot was a little "shady".

Staff was nice!

The tile floor in bathroom dirty! Rug dirty in room, air conditioner in violation from wiring! Lounge chair worn out ! I requested extra towels but did not get none! There were a lot of people that did not belong there next to the entrance both days I stayed drunk and on drugs!

Had great stay management is good and friendly . Lots of people around property not sure who they are maybe just one time thing . I would stay here cant beat the price 4 out of 5 stars go stay agian
