Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Great restaurants all around the area that were within walking distance from the property.

hotel was trashy and some of the people who stay there at this place look like they came from under a rock ... and look like they have been on a 12 day benge from doing drugs.

The property’s hot tub was down and the whole place smelled like cigarettes

Water damage. Cat urine. People fitting. Waiting longer than 15 mins for front desk to even arrive. Leaking ceilings.

Good location,some homeless outside of property and the rooms needs a deep clean

The photos definitely didn’t match the property. There were dirty elevators, and vacuumed carpets in the hallways. Homeless all outside and inside the hotel there was human feces in the bushes outside Our shower broke in our room, so they moved us to the room next-door only to find out that the shower wasn’t working as well. When you are coming from out of town, you don’t know exactly what it’s going to look like until you pull up so I feel like it was false advertisement. This has happened to me once before with Expedia already.
