The location was perfect and the staff friendly.

We had NO hot water, the room was not clean, several individuals loitering around the building. The breakfast consisted of only dry cereal and bagels/bread. There was no juice or other breakfast food available.

The property was flooded with homeless and druggies, we got this for a 3 night stay and left after the first night, the breakfast was gone by 730 am and the dining area was ALWAYS flooded with what looked like homeless. Staff was amazing and supper understanding and accommodating through our struggles. We are from a small farm town so not used to the city but at the same time did not feel safe.

Very nice front desk.The woman at the front was friendly and helpful. . Really convient location, safe and clean. . They serve breakfast from 6- 9... There's a pool and jot tub. The next time I'm in town I will definitely stay here And recommend them

Would never recommend anybody they sold us a room that was not even prepared right nor even ready or meeting anyone’s expectations unless they are really just needing a place to stay. It was extreme bad weather and still have yet to even receive my refund and it’s really irritating for the fact that I had to drive in that extreme bad weather with my pregnant wife.

Great staff and clean room nice and quiet. I was there for a couple of days and had no complaints. Breakfast they have juice, waffles, coffee, cereal. Big king size bed. Nice size tv to watch. Coffee in room . Mini fridge, microwave, blow dryer, ironing board and iron.

The room cards did not cover our entire stay which required us to have the card re-keyed every time we were our of the room. Staff were busy and not always able to assist in a timely manner. The hotel was clean however the shower curtain did not stay closed and sprayed water throughout the bathroom.

The staff was friendly

The paint was peeling and the water for the shower didn't work. The towels were dirty the ceiling was peeling it looked like the shower had mold in it. The coffee pot was broken. It was just gross

Poor customer service at desk. Not just me, but how I witnessed others treated. Staff seemed uninterested in offering great service. Previous coffee spill not cleaned in my room. Poor continental breakfast options.
