Fabulous breakfast. Nice pool but too cold in winter. Lovely lobby. Nice welcome.

Putting a deposit down instead of just a credit card was unusual...and took time at every payment Champagne restaurant, although beautiful, was disappointing food & service

Breakfast, pool, spa, gym were all brilliant. Rooms very comfortable. The cocktail bar was brilliant and all the staff are so friendly

The room on the road side is very loud at night.

The Manila Hotel is an easy choice for us everytime we want a vintage, homey yet luxurious feel for our staycation. We booked for two rooms, since we're a family of four. I requested for adjacent rooms and we were checked-in early. The view from our room was the world-famous Manila Bay, and we had a great sunset experience without the need to leave our rooms. The hotel is well-maintained as expected, with complete amenities inside the room. Pastries from the lobby were authentic French. Fish and chips at the poolbar was also great. Breakfast selection is what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Every food you would crave for breakfast is here. I just hope you will include century eggs again as one of the topping options for the congee. But everything else was great. We stay here at least once a year, because of the competitive pricing, beautiful and well-maintained hotel amenities, delicious food, and of course, the very consistent excellent customer service! Kudos to the manager for making sure The Manila Hotel keeps the guests feel the warmth and hospitality of Filipinos. From the door attendants, security personnel, front desk staff, restaurant servers, housekeeping, and the rest of the team who never fail to serve with a smile. We will keep coming back for our family celebrations!
