Personal war in Ordnung, die Lage sehr gut

Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Badewanne mit vielen schimmelflecken in den Ecken, für den Preis nicht akzeptabel, Frühstück sehr überschaubar, Saftautomat defekt, lange kein so schlechtes Frühstück bekommen

Stay 20 till May 25 th 2026 .Dirty floor bathroom hairs and dust on the floor. Dirty shower mold and dirt rust. I stayed five days. Single room four days and complained twice with different reception emplayees once with a cleaner and the fourth time manager front office I asked and got a different room for the last night. The last room was bigger looked more exspensive but not much cleaner. Again dust and airco blowing mold and dust around. Higher surfaces not cleaned. The airco in the single room was enough to cool the small room. But the airco in the bigger room took a long time to lower the room temperature a bit. And yes a creaking bed in bigger room. I was in the hotel during the first heat wave of summer 2026. The dinner was bad boring meat twice inadible. No plate service but buffet overcooked meat and vegetables. The hotel looks worn dated and is closing end of 2026 I heard. Four stars ? The night porter was no help when I complained about noise at night . He told me he did not understand English. No bar. Entrance to garage and corner building just next to main entrance look bad creepy. Trier town only for people realy interested in Roman past nothing much else to do.

Zimmer waren geräumig, Bett groß genug und bequem. Bad und WC komfortabel, alles sauber. Frühstück gute Auswahl, Preis etwas hoch. Die Lage war sehr gut und alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit.

Eventuell wäre ein Kühlschrank nicht schlecht gewesen, wahrscheinlich für die Kategorie nicht vorgesehen.
