The only issue is the attendant did not see my reservation and asked me to reach out to Expedia. I showed him my confirmations and waited 15 minutes for him to resolve.

We saw a flea, and there were multiple smooshed bugs on wall. Picture on tv was very. In order to get free wi-fi, had to listen to an ad, which I did not think was right given the state of the room

I stayed at this hotel last night. I made my reservation through Hotels.com and specifically booked a room for two people with two separate beds. However, after checking in and going to the room, I discovered that it had only one single bed. When I went back to the front desk to explain the issue, the staff member told me that Hotels.com showed it as a single-bed room and that they could not change or provide another room. When I asked for written confirmation, they could not provide any document. As a result, my friend and I were inconvenienced. The next morning, I spoke with a different staff member who confirmed that, according to their system, my booking was indeed for a room with two beds, and that the previous employee had assigned the wrong room. We were told to discuss the matter with the manager on Monday. Due to this unpleasant experience, I canceled my second night’s reservation, but no refund was issued. Despite the hotel’s clear mistake, no proper solution was offered. I am disappointed with the lack of customer care and professionalism.

The staff was very rude especially the lady at the front desk , I don’t understand if we get breakfast why it can’t be taken to the room

The room was clean and well organized . The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom smelled a little like mildew. The front desk staff didn't have a welcoming demeanor. Made me feel like they really don't want me there as a guest..

It's a nice place to stay with very friendly staff
