Comfort Inn Chicago Schaumburg - O'Hare Airport

My stay at the Comfort Inn was remarkable,absolutely wonderful with great hospitality.

Everything was fine

It was quiet, the beds were comfy.

There was a street light shining directly into the room all night, and the blackout curtain was only for show. It didn’t even cover any of the window. You also have to go to the front desk to ask them to let you into the pool.

Perfect location. Very comfortable.

Excellent location by Woodfield mall and several coffee shops and restaurants.

I was given a room with a common door in between with the room next door. Guests were boisterous the entire night, arguing and cussing, not respecting quiete hours. I called the front desk to complain about the issue.

Very limited choice. Bagels were very small. Butter was frozen and difficult to spread. Coffee was limited to very small cups. Location of tables was adjacent to floor to ceiling glass windows and entrance doors to lobby. When outdoor temperature fell to -1 degree it made the entire breakfast dining area very cold.

Same scrabbled eggs every day. Heating tray failed to keep eggs and sausage warm. No one likes cool eggs! Nothing special on weekends. Usually Saturday and Sunday eggs are omelet style - not here! No biscuits. No welcome cookies. No welcome bottled water. All the things we have enjoyed at Comfort Inn & Suites as we travelled across country were missing here.

Room and lobby area was great.

I believe a theft took place. Although it wasn't a major one, it was my favorite one. It was a bottle of cologne. It was on the desk and I tore the entire room up looking for it before we left.
