Comfort Inn Chicago Schaumburg - O'Hare Airport

the location was exactly what we were looking for

the room wasn't very clean when we checked in. there were bottle caps and flossers on the floor near the bed, and the furniture appeared to have finger smudges left over from the previous visitors. the bathroom shower handle was also loose, so we had to keep an eye on it so that it didn't shift to being too hot while it was running. overall, we were only using the room for sleeping and only for one night, but we won't be returning to this property again

I loved the location and the price was not bad

Lady at the front desk was always on her phone and never greeted us, not welcoming which left a bad taste in our mouth as soon as we got there. First floor was air conditioned but the upper levels/hallways were not. Bedding had stains all over them and rooms weren’t the cleanest. I feel like we got what we paid for
