The Ritz-Carlton, Denver

I LOVE staying at the Ritz it is a favorite of mine. I don't sleep well in hotel beds but the Ritz is another story.

My only knock is they don't have a pool. Otherwise it would be perfection.

Wonderful hotel , received 2 free welcome drinks . The hallway outside of our however , was under construction- looked like it had flooded . Was disappointed with that .

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Denver and had a priceless family heirloom necklace stolen from my room. Housekeeping entered multiple times while I was out, and when I reported the theft, the hotel deflected all responsibility. I was directed to their third-party claims department, who quickly closed the case without any real investigation. When I asked for further information, they told me nothing would be shared unless I obtained a subpoena. This level of indifference and lack of transparency is shocking especially from a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no real effort to help. I expected safety and professionalism; instead, I got stonewalling and dismissal. I will never stay here again, and I urge others to think twice before trusting this hotel with anything of value.

They were very accommodating!

Rooms are dated, my wife is titanium status and we were “upgraded” to a city view, which is a view of vacant lot, no lounge access even for titanium status ($125 per person per day!) and thank god we didn’t rent a car as valet is 75 bucks per night. I think there are probably some nicer Marriott properties that are less expensive that give more value.

It’s not as good as other Ritz hotels I had been in

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room service was great. Special thanks to Katie from guest service to accommodate the personal requests & making the arrangements.

We were in town on business, and we were very pleased with our short stay (three nights). We booked an executive suite, which was extremely spacious with two work spaces (a large desk in the living room and a smaller desk in the bedroom). Comfortable king bed and furniture, with a large bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and separate toilet. All staff, including front desk, valet, guest services, concierge, and housekeeping were pleasant, helpful, and professional. Our suite and all public spaces, such as the lobby, hallways and fitness center, were spotless. The fitness center was terrific, with the Lifefitness cardio equipment and weights we like and use, plus two Peloton bikes. The location is convenient. We only used in-room dining for breakfasts, which arrived on time, and our selections were delicious. We will certainly return the next time we're in Denver.

Amazing stay for our first time at the Ritz. The staff was so great and the price was very reasonable.
