Overall it was a good experience and the front desk staff was courteous and professional. Room were clean and there is plenty of parking. Good location off the main road too. However, couple points to improve on: 1. The shower was not hot and after the 2nd shower the water was barely warm. 2. The breakfast - scrambled eggs - was not good as they may have ysed powdered eggs and not fresh eggs and it was not good. There were other items link toast, juice and waffers, etc but we did not check.

Only went down to breakfast one day. There were limited breakfast choices. No oatmeal :(

Room was dated. Only usb plug located on the alarm clock. No usbc plugs. The lamps had 119 outlets but they were worn and did not properly secure the plug.

Comfortable bed

Unfriendly staff at front desk. Incredibly cold and abrupt. The rooms on one side of the hallway are in poorly maintained condition ( broken Air Conditioner, stained bathroom wall) . There is a new side snd and an old side , ask to stay on the new side🤓

It’s my go to hotel in Syosset. Simple, effective ‘n’ relaxing.
