I slept in one room for 2 night the next day I opened the curtain and some wallpaper under the window came away from the wall and there was black mold under it so I told the front desk and they gave me a different room for the last night. They told me they were getting ready to renovate and they would take care of that. He said they were waiting on supplies but it takes a long time to get because they were coming from overseas so I told them to buy American.

Very comfortable, elevator, and spacious parking for pickup trucks. Would come again, or probably to another location as long as is Comfort!

Heating in room was inconsistent . Breakfast station did not offer yogurt any more. Coffee during the day was not available after breakfast

Most of the staff , especially food service was sick and wiping their nose. No gloves. Food was subpar. Mamagement was unresponsive. John was the only bright spot.

Was a regular customer but it has recently gone dramatically downhill fast! We have been repeat customers , staying here when visiting family several times a year, for the past two years but this 5 day visit was extremely disappointing. The hotel is now a SHELTER FOR THE HOMELESS. Breakfast was horrible and cut was not like this before. Eggs were disgustingly watered down. No bagels, stale white bread and whole wheat and a few mini-muffuns. The shocker was that the people staying here were literally taking all the individual cream cheeses, butters, and jelly packets to their rooms, actually stuffing them in coffee cups. A man had an empty half gallon container and filled it from the juice dispenser as my son and I had to wait in line just for a small cup of juice. No yogurt left in the cooker nor any fruit left. We ended up shopping for breakfast food for the rest of the stay. To top it off, I guy asked me if I had a few dollars to “loan” him. Also, they no longer have the complementary coffee and tea out all day and evening, as they did on prior stats here. Oh, and both the lobby TVs play FOX News all day long. If you love that right wing propaganda stuff this may be your place. When I asked if they could switch the channel I was told that they were told by the owner they have to keep it on FOX. Our family will no longer be staying here!!!

I STAYED HERE A FEW TIME OVER THE PASSED FEW YEARS AND IT IS TOTALLY DIFFRENT! NOT COMING BACK
