Wisconsin Dells Area Condominiums

So So dirty. Broken glass in room and all over patio. Room stunk. Never stay again!

It was a nice place and i would visit again the only thing i didnt like is that the pool associated with it was across town.

Room was clean, view was great. We will be returning.

Spacious rooms and beautiful view. Very quiet and close to everything.

Desk service ok disappointed on how the security was going to make me wait 7 hours to open the master bedroom after it accidentally got locked and we were locked out but overall very comfortable and relaxing. 😌

The overall stay was amazing with just a couple minor but manageable complaints. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. It was a beautiful room with a nice view. It however was a bit on the unclean side with multiple hairs in the beds and on the towels. The ice machine in the freezer was not working, but we just got ice from the hotel. And the only other complaint was that the fireplace in the master bedroom didnt work. So like I said not any major issues that we couldnt fix (other then the fireplace) or that hindered our vacation.

Do not stay here, directions bring you to a water park at which point you have to drive 15 minutes to check in (which is where the pool is) then drive back to the water park where the condo is actually located. Condo was old dirty and way over priced. Talked to the project manager about the issues he just swore at me and hung up.

The check in process is ridiculous as you check in at a location 15 min away from the resort. They doors are all key code so it’s not like they can’t just give you the code via telephone or email. The condo itself was nice enough but could definitely use a good cleaning though. Some of the items provided like towels looked stained and should be replaced. Also all the beds in the unit were very uncomfortable. Overall the condo was fine for its purpose, but I would probably look somewhere else if I was going to travel to the area again.

We stayed in the Dells for a sporting event and the unit was exactly what we needed for our trip. Three families were able to stay in this unit and still maintain their own privacy. Be aware this unit does NOT come with waterpark passes but that was fine given the purpose of our visit and helped saved money as booking the same unit through the resort directly would have automatically factored that cost in for all guests resulting in a higher rate. Unit was clean although there was a slight issue with the fridge (still worked fine) and a few room fixtures had a light bulb burnt out. Definitely not deal breakers. Overall very happy with the accommodations!

My stay was great other than that my room didn’t look anything like the photos, which was disappointing.
