Wisconsin Dells Area Condominiums

Room was dirty not cleaned yet and was still waiting for roomed to be cleaned at 6:25 when check in was at 4 horrible service at Chula Vista resort was horrible and bracelet to water park wasn’t included in purchase.

I’m a world traveler, and staying here was by far my worst experience. The linens had blood stains, and were discolored. One of the beds had a broken bed frame, there was blood splatter on the walls, the door didn’t latch properly due to it being broken. The chairs in the dining area were all broken, the list goes on and on. We brought these issues to management, who stated there was nothing they could do. My family and I had to book a different hotel. Please don’t stay here!

The hot tub didn’t work and me and the kids were looking forward to that, it was like the highlight of our stay. Not to mention we paid $390 so it kind of sucked! No staff available in the establishment to report things too.

The area near Chula Vista is beautiful, the resort has amazing views of the river and unique sandstone in the area. The hotel is older but it has great charm and has always been one of my favorite places to stay. Our condo was huge with three bedrooms and view of the river.

Very clean room. Quiet stay on the golf course. Good experience

carpet was not vacuumed and there was a hornet issue in the window. some hornets had gotten in.

Missing light bulbs, my code to get my in my room was given to me after 4pm. The actual room looked nothing like the photos shown on Hotels.com website. Refrigerator was small did NOT have enough room to kept all my food in and didn’t stay cold I had to use ice in the trash can to keep my things cold. There was nobody to complain to anyways. I called to try change my room before my trip and I kept getting email from Hotels.com to refund request this was my first time using this third party and my LAST

Beds were on the harder (not firm, hard) side, bath towels were a bit scratchy, the coffee maker hadn't been cleaned with some sort of standing water and mold in it. Might be better in non Covid times with more regular usage and cleaning. Besides that, the resort itself was nice, a short drive to Dells and other attractions. The outdoor hot tub was spacious and the grounds were well kept

Items and amenities included on your site were not included or even in condo. I spent the whole visit cleaning and getting materials for the unit that was supposed already stocked and cleaned. The unit had lots of burned out lights, non working Jacuzzi, No Towels, Toilet Paper and non working kitchen equipment. Not worth the price paid and company that rents this unit does nothing to accommodate the guests, just out for money.

The check-in process was abysmal. No on-site person representing the condos. Supposedly you can check-in at Chula Vista hotel, but we couldn't find it. Traveling to the management office, which was over 15 minutes away, was called and told I could check in over the phone, which I declined. Fortunately the management office provided a map which was helpful. Only a partial role of Toilet Paper was provided for a two day stay. Had to get our own. Very limited utensils and dishes, with no dishwasher. The owners left instructions for the occupant to clean up?! I don't pay for a room to have to clean it myself. The condo we stayed in reeked of pot and cigarette smoke. People were smoking pot in their cars in the parking lot. The booking said no dogs allowed, but one of the neighboring units had a person seen walking a dog in and out of the unit regularly. Also heard at least two dogs barking from other units throughout both days. Too close to Chula Vista. Too congested and lot's of ignorant people running around smoking pot, cigarettes, and driving too fast through the parking lots, which were filled. Liked the concept, but it wasn't worth the extra money.
