Wisconsin Dells Area Condominiums

This was my first time staying at the Chula Vista Condos in Wisconsin Dells and it was horrible. I learned that it was a privately owned condo and I had to go to another location to check in. I get there a little before check-in and was told that the unit was still being cleaned and I would receive a call when it was ready. I was given the unit number and pin access to enter the unit. I condo was still not cleaned after the 4pm check-in time and we had to eat out when we purchased food to cook ourselves. We still never received a call so we figured the unit was cleaned and they just forgot to call us. We get unloaded go to unit and the cleaning people was in there still. They rushed out and the unit was not fully cleaned. One of the bedrooms had garbage on the floor and a big red stain in the carpet. The refrigerator had a water leak. Some of our food was damaged and we had to throw it away. I also had a paraplegic with me and she use crutches. The water was running on the floor and she almost fell. I called the main lobby to report the issue and because the unit was privately owned I had to contact the management agency where I checked in at. That office does not open until 2pm. I got a hold of someone to report the issues and was told someone would come and check it out. Evening came and more food was ruined because no one showed up. I called office again and maintenance was gone home. I was told that management would call me. The Jacuzzi didn’t work and hous

Water passes was not included worth stay. Had to go find other activities to do that were not on resort. The beds were hard, the bathrooms were not cleaned well, there was hair on the sink and in the showers. The kitchen had limited pots, pans, and bowls.

Terrible came

Very unhappy that we paid extra fees but we’re not allowed to use the resort amenities.

Very good set up for a girls weekend. Kitchen well stocked with all the tools we needed to make some basic meals. Several things wrong with facilities - faucets with broken handles (though still useable) and a steady drip in the fridge (bowl to catch it already in there when we arrived). Toilet was bubbling in the evening. Texted the late night office number (as instructed on paperwork) to inquire for what do to and got no reply. Turned out to be a non-issue as it stopped after awhile, but still odd and disappointing to not get a response. Beyond those minor maintenance issues, the size, location and cleanliness was perfect for our getaway.

The room was not clean chair broken coach broken you get the feeling that this place was party in but not clean bathroom dirty

This room was a 2 bedroom condo for 4 people. There were only 2 coffee cups and in the kitchen cabinet there is a sign (posted on door) that says there should be 8 cups. There was only one drinking type glass and the sign (posted on the door) said there should be eight. There were three bags of coffee for the coffee maker but no filters. The coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned and there was visible mold. The price of the room included a whirlpool/jacuzzi type tub. The whirlpool/jacuzzi did not turn on (no power). The towel rack near the whirlpool was laying on the whirlpool. Upon me checking in I was given a blue piece of paper with instructions: directions, door codes, resort map, etc. This paper included a phone number and a text message phone number to use if we needed to contact the resort. A person in my group called the phone number and a voice mail was left. No phone call was returned. Approximately 1 hour and a half later I sent a text message. The response was “Ok” “Will do”. As of Saturday morning nothing was done. 3 different times we went to the hotel front desk to request/ask about what was going to happen to our missing items, etc. Three different employees said they would notify some one about the problems. A few hours while we were gone an employee did bring 4 glasses to the room and two pans. (We never requested pans.) (No coffee cups, coffee filters and no working jacuzzi.) There were a couple of other issues but to long to put in this area .

The condo was horrible the jets on the tubs dud not work the bathroom were filthy there was food left in the microwave and the refrigerator dirty wash clothes on the tables no clean clothes in the restrooms carpet was not vacuum this was truly a nightmare

Had to check into five places to find where we staying

The room was nasty and had a funny smell. The carpet was wet walking in everyone socks got wet no tissue in 2 bathrooms... this stay was really bad
