Wisconsin Dells Area Condominiums

I booked this location for a family trip, however,

Dirty dishes and pans that needed to be scrubbed clean. Barely enough silverware to eat dinner. Dates and uncomfortable furniture. Would not recommend this property.

We failed to realize that waterpark tickets were not included in this rental. For the amount of money we paid for renting two 3-bedroom condos, I his was significantly disappointing. Be prepared to pay $54 a person, a day to access the waterpark. The condos were subpar. There was paint chipping on the walls throughout the condo. We had no extra toilet paper in the rooms and both of the refrigerators were leaking water from the freezer. The coffee pots are only 4 cup (for a 3 bedroom condo??) and one didn’t even work. The toilet in one of the bathrooms ran constantly. Some of the dishes we removed from the cabinets were dirty (likely washed in the dishwasher). If you need any assistance, you’ll have to communicate with the office which is offsite about 15 minutes. We were less than impressed with our stay and do not plan on returning.

I could not tell if the hot tub was really cleaned or not. There was mold on the wall in the master shower. There were bee's in the window of the master bedroom. Other than that, the room was nice.

I have stayed here many times and enjoy the property. However it seems long term care of the property is not a priority. The hinges on the cabinets were loose, the cookware was rusty, some dishes are missing. We tried to used the whirlpool in our room and the jets didn't work, the lights and fan for the whirlpool were broken. There was soap for the dishwasher but no liquid soup to wash anything in the sink. The bathroom amenities were super helpful because I forgot makeup remover. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Well I did not want to ground floor unit with a view of a shrub and there was no lighting in the apartment at all

It was not great, the jacuzzi didn’t work. We had no toilet paper. The lights stopped working. The freezer was leaking water. The tv’s didn’t work at one point and we called for half of the problems nothing got done.

Was not very clean. The door adjoining the room next to us would not shut or lock. I called and was told maintenance would call me and they never did or did they come to fix our door. It’s very uneasy knowing the person in the room next to us could walk into our room at anytime. Toaster did not work, jet tub was nasty. It says it’s a 10 min walk to Noah’s ark, the office where you check in was but the hotel is a 20 min drive from town.

Upon arrival i went to chula vista where the condos are located... they didn't have my reservation. After chasing all over town i finally got checked in. The room they gave me was a standard room. After complaining that this is not what i paid for i was told they would upgrade me to a 2 bedroom condo that i had originally booked. But what they ended up giving me was the studio suite i changed to it weeks before. So there was no upgrade per se... that room was sub par at best as well. Kitchenette was not equipped, the toilet leaked so the bathroom floor was consistently wet and a hazard. Had to call the facility across town if i needed anything. I called one morning for fresh towels and some garbage bags.... didn't get those until almost 6 at night. Pam at the front desk is super sweet and really cared about my concerns. She was the highlight of the stay....
