Wisconsin Dells Area Condominiums

There wasn’t any type of soap, shampoo or body wash. There’s bugs not sure if roaches or what other type of bugs they where. Tried calling the office and they said they would reach back to me within the hour never received a call back about other issues.

I love the hot tub in our condo; and the full kitchen!

This is my third time booking with Wisconsin Dells condos and they haven’t disappointed yet!

The fridge was not working properly. It needed to be defrosted. Food we brought was wasted. It was also missing basic essentials for cooking a meal. Needed large pot, frying Pan, and spatula would have been nice. Condos at Chula vista had more amenities

Wonderful 3 bed condo for our family trip to the dells. Plenty of space for hanging out and cooking. Rooms were spacious and there were 3 bathrooms (one in the master, another off the main living room, and the third in the other room that has 2 queens and a pull out couch). Also loved that this was a condo inside a hotel so there was daily trash pickup and you didn’t have to carry it out yourself to the dumpster. Not to mention, Noah’s Ark tickets were included! As far as management, I felt they did a great job. They called me to confirm we were still coming a week prior and on the day of check in they called again to offer me an express check in service that didn’t require me to go to the actual office to check in. (Note check in address is diff from the hotel) I got our room # and code # sent to me via text, which saved us a lot of time! Would definitely recommend this place for families!

One bed was broken. Lamp shade in bedroom broke. Stove was dirty

Very large livable rooms that made the poor communication acceptable. First, the online reservation indicated the property was located on the bank of the river a short walk from Noah’s Arc. But in reality, the property was 6 miles away. Also, they advertise the office is open until 9 pm but was closed when we arrived at 8:45 pm. The office should have been open when we checked out but again was closed. The highlighted instructions of where to enter the condo property was poorly done and since the property is a maze of hallways and poorly labeled signs it took us 15X longer to check in and get our bags into the room compared to a hotel. The hot tub also didn’t work as the jets did not come on. The person we spoke to on the phone, at least helped us a lot. I was disappointed by the lack of organization, poor communication and directions, broken hot tub and misleading on line advertisement indicating the wrong location of the property. I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone going there in the future.

We didn't like the combination to get in vs a key card.. someone tried getting in our place at aprox 9 a.m and said he worked fo rthe owner, we called the management and they did nothing for us, did not feel safe!

Was secluded and very private, nice scenery and great room! Will stay again!
