Best time ever!!

The room was gross. Obvious water damage and dripping water from the floor above. The bathrooms were gross and the only washcloth was one used/dried hanging on the shower from a previous guest. Some sort of clicking inside the wall between the bathrooms. Yuck.

The room was clean, but much larger than expected. I'm not sure if they ran out of the room that I requested and that's why I got a larger room. I was ok with that part, however there was about less than half of a roll of toilet paper so I ran out toward the end of my stay. There was also no hand soap. I found that to be strange especially since there was shampoo. The signage on the property could be better as well. It was difficult to find the location of my room, especially since I arrived at night. The lock on the door was ok but there was a little "give" where the door could be slightly opened. The deadbolt needs to be lined up properly. Other than those minor details the room was good.

Checking in was a nightmare. It was hard trying to figure out what to do when we got there to check in. Very confusing.

This place was the worse then a motel 6!! there was blood stains on the bed all the sheets were stained the oven door was broken not all the lites worked in the condo there was moldy shower curtains I called hotels.com and they stated to go down to the front desk which there was no one there I called the property management and they said they will send someone to our room and which we waited and no one ever showed up we were also supposed to get a balcony in our condo and there was not one it was a wknd of a mess never again

Worst ever no front desk noisy neighbors no water park tickets let dogs in gross dirty covers no parking not safe everyone can go in

No WiFi. We asked several times at the front desk, but we were always told IT was working on it. The fire place in the living room also didn’t work. Loved the jacuzzi and overall location though.

This was a terrible experience. We showed up to the hotel to find out we weren’t actually booked with Chula Vista and with a condominium company which meant waterpark passes weren’t included with our stay!! We ended up having to buy them separate. Chula had nothing to do with our room so when it came time for bed and we realized we didn’t have any blankets or sheets for the pull out couches we couldn’t get ahold of anyone with the condominium company to get any kind of services. The room also didn’t have any towels stocked, the dishes were dirty and their was food left in cabinets from the previous people staying here.

Got to the site and had no reservation. Was sent to another location 5 miles away to check in. Was told by someone one the phone that I needed a test with room number and access code. This should have been provided upfront. The fireplace was broken and so was the jacuzzi in the room. so much for a romantic anniversary

I will use them again for a family weekend getaway !!
