Wisconsin Dells Area Condominiums

The outside was great, but the inside smelled awful....like mold, and the carpet was wet. There was garbage from the previous people, and there were broken things inside (fridge, drawers, etc..). I the front desk, and they weren't very responsive. I then tried the owner or manager (Rich). It has been over a month, and nobody will call me back. At this point i'm past the issue, but curious if they will ever call me. I call every week, just to see. I've never experienced such disrespect. The fact it's gone this long, is funny to me, but should be a sign to NEVER stay at this property. I've never left a review for anything in my life, but I felt the need to for this property because of how terrible the stay was, and the people running it are awful.

The microwave did not heat. Batteries were missing from one of the remotes. Three light bulbs were burnt out, and one lamp was completely missing bulbs. The hot tub jets and temperature controls did not work. One of the beds was on the floor- completely missing the bed frame. The bathtub drained terribly slow. The room needed maintenance to say the least. We called, and we were given a “new” remote, and two light bulbs were replaced. When we initially checked in, we were told that we could get free tickets to Noah’s Ark, which would have been great, but there was zero communication about this ahead of time, so we had already bought tickets. I hope that these things are fixed for future guests.

These people have TERRIBLE customer service. It took 8 hours to get toilet paper and we had to go get it ourselves. The microwave didn't work. We couldn't use the pool. We couldn't check in on time. Basically they ruined our entire vacation.

Overall, the place was decent met our needs. However, there were no blankets for the pull out couch, kleenex, soap and coffee were all empty. Linens were a bit rough and had dirty black marks on many towels, pillows and sheets. The king bed was extremely hard with a blanket much too small made for a double bed. I had called on day two for extra blankets and never received them.

It was a bit difficult finding my condo until I was told I was given the wrong condo number.. I do like that tickets for Noah’s ark was included with my room although it was a bit too cold to enjoy..WiFi wasn’t good but overall I enjoyed myself.. I would visit again!

Iwas told there would be cook wear and there was nothing so we all had to go out to eat after buy food to cook for dinner on Friday night they brought it to me later that night. Table was dirty shower was dirty broken lamp in dirty closet
