Wisconsin Dells Area Condominiums

I enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, TVs in all the bedrooms! We had enough towels! Good Experience!

This was a horrible stay from the beginning to the end! Firstly, they did my check-in over the phone which is fine but they gave me no directions on how to arrive at the condo. My GPS took me to Chula Vista which i didn't think was where the condo was located at because that's not what is advertised on Expedia. When i called the woman didn't know either and had to put me on hold to find out. We arrive and finally find our condo and all of our linens were in a huge plastic bag thrown on the floor. Neither of the two bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The cabinets weren't wiped out and i found pieces of a old onion in them. The jets in the hot tub didn't work and i called them twice to have them looked at. Both times i was told somebody was on the way to look at them and they never ended up coming. I was told housekeeping would be coming up with some shampoo and conditioner and they never arrived either. In the bedroom with two beds had nails coming out of the dresser which ended up popping our air mattress. The dishwasher really didn't work either and i ended up washing the dishes myself. The worst part of the whole trip through was how on the site it is advertised they have grills. They do not have grills. We had our own grill so we fired it up outside in the a safe place and then security came up and told us we had to put the grill out immediately. This was my daughter's bday present. I would never come back. Big waste of $800 if you ask me.

Don't go by the picture of the building when booking the room, that is not what you get. The room was spacious. I booked river view but got a courtyard view of the parking lot. We ended up in a privately owned room at the hotel next to the condo. Room service was difficult, took 3 phone calls to get more towels. Found out the nught before we left we were supposed to do our own laundry before we left and still be out before 11. The room service office was across town.

Everything was good. The place was very clean. Very spacious. The Hot Tub didn’t work, you can fill it with water, but the jets didn’t work. Overall the stay way good.

Room was clean, but the jacuzzi didn't work for my entire stay even though I let the front desk know. Big reason why I booked the room in the first place.

We loved the condo amazing time .would rent again .we wish we got passes for chula vista also .but we did get noahs arc tickets

There was never anyone at the front desk when we needed something and the water park was not included in our room stay. Only had access to 2 pools of which one was closed and the other one was closed on sunday and was told all week due to no staff available..

It was an ok room. The main problems were the room had an unpleasent heavy smell, the covers were short, overly used and old looking, and the balcony door was dirty and spiderwebs all over.

The property was beautiful the rooms were very spacious and perfect for a small family, But our Room was not clean we were told that we would have access to swimming pools and water park we were not allowed access to either of those, I called to try to rectify the situation no one would cotton call me back that was a week ago I still have not received a call back.
