I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport, made even better by the exceptional staff. A special mention goes to Rupesh Singh, the Manager, who is an absolute credit to the hotel. He was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. His leadership clearly shows in how smoothly everything runs and in the positive attitude of the team. I’d also like to highlight Meg at reception, who was outstanding. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and easy, and she went out of her way to assist with any questions, always with a friendly smile. Thanks to Rupesh and Meg, my stay was comfortable, stress-free, and memorable. Excellent customer service like this is the reason I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.
