I came here for business trip and went for breakfast. I met Mrs Padma, she welcome me with a warm smile took me to my seat and she even assisted me with the orders. It was so nice to meet such a kind hearted staff.

Padma was superb help showing us where we can go from the lobby and where it would be comfortable to pray if we so wanted to. Her kindness shines bright and she is ever so delightful. "Perfect spot for NEC"

Great location for NEC Staff are brilliant. Scottish man on reception helped out loads as we had left some essentials behind. Could not have been more helpful Mini bus service was a great benefit. Padma looked after us at breakfast and provided excellent service Room was good - exactly as expected
