Very Friendly and well organized. Quality Food and good service, Good size Bedrooms and comfortable bed and cleaned to a high standard When we are in the Area again we will definitely stay with you again.

We came for a weekend gateway for a gateaway and had amazing food service by Samjhana, Jerisha and Madhu. Would definitely recommend others

Had a great overnight stay, comfortable room and a great breakfast. Staff were friendly and efficient, Padma at breakfast was very helpful, making sure we had all we needed.

Great friendly staff, even though they were super busy when I arrived they still.foundnthe time to check me in fully and ensure I knew everything I needed for my stay. Room was really nice, a little bit of traffic noise but what do you expect when right next to a busy main road.

We had a fantastic welcome on our arrival at the hotel. We had just returned to Birmingham Airport after a 10 day holiday in Tenerife. We arrived at the hotel just after 9pm and thought we were too late for food but asked anyway. The Gentleman on reception was very friendly and suggested if we were quick, dash to the bar and see if we could order. The young lady was very nice and said we could take a seat and she would be over to take our order. I had a plant based burger and fries and my wife had the gammon. We had a few beers and wines, I can recommend the food and drinks were excellent. The hotel manager Mr Rupesh Singh came to our table, introduced himself and asked if everything was ok. A very nice man who you can just tell keeps a tight reign on his hotel and cares about his customers. We then made our way to our room. It was excellent with a large comfortable bed very nice furnishings and a lovely bathroom with a large bath and shower. We had a nice coffee and cup of tea in our room before going for breakfast. Breakfast was self service if there was anything special you required ie poached eggs you only had to ask and they would do it. The breakfast was very good value and plentiful. I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Hotel Birmingham Airport a great base to start your holiday if you have an early or late flight, the hotel is well located very clean and modern and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Brilliant hospitality in the breakfast cafe.Ms Padma was extremely helpful and attended all queries with her warm smile.Even the buffet delivered amazing poached eggs and quite a good range of options.

Stayed here last night after my flight was cancelled. Allocated an upgrade and quiet room as an IHG silver member. Wedding party running about corridors all night banging doors shouting and fighting. Reported it to reception but nothing was done. Nightmare!!

I stay at this location when working in the geographical area, all staff very polite and nothing is an issue. As a diamond member I am always recognised and when available given a free upgrade. The food is of a high standard and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Would certainly recommend this as a great place to stay.

I really had a great time during my stay specially the food and beverage department Ms Padma she is very sweet and helpful went over and above to assist me with hot milk for my breakfast also she has a really kind personality and a warming smile.
