Padma the waitress was very sweet and helpful. She is very good with service and helps alot. Was amazing staying and experience with her.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn next to Birmingham airport before our ski holiday. Staff at the hotel were excellent in looking after our needs, a stand out example was Jenisha, one of the breakfast staff team during our stay, who offered excellent customer service and helped us have a very enjoyable experience. The facilities at the hotel were fantastic and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Brilliant. Staff was bery helpful specially Miss Padma was very helpful and professional. The breakfast had alot of options to choose from.

We’ve been coming to this hotel a few times a year for the past 5 years and it’s always been a positive experience. The breakfast staff are amazing and very tentative, tables are frequently cleaned and cleared up. Shoutout to Padma who’s always smiling and very welcoming.

We were genuinely impressed by the warm welcome we received from Shruti. This is exactly how hospitality should look and feel, yet it is so often missed. Her greeting was exceptional, welcoming, enthusiastic, and she made us feel truly valued as guests. Without us asking, she kindly upgraded our room, which was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. The room itself was beautiful, extremely comfortable, and finished with a level of attention to detail you would normally expect from a four star hotel. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, adding another highlight to our stay. After such an incredible experience, we will absolutely return. Thank you to the whole team for making our Christmas Day stay so memorable.

lovely relaxing stay! staff are very attentive despite being very busy !! kids were very welcomed and spoken kindly and respectfully !! no request was too much! Thank you all at Holiday Inn. I had a good experience at the hotel, cosy n clean rooms but they need to have better food options for breakfast. Special thanks to Padma and Samjhana in the restaurant/coffee shop
