Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre by IHG

Absolutely fantastic! We always stay in the junior suite and it’s fabulous! Staff are great and friendly! The manager is lovely always so chatty. 5 stars!!!!!

Service and location were really great. Breakfast was excellent for the price. Unfortunately though the air conditioning in the building was not in service so it was uncomfortably stuffy in the room.

Very impressed by the rooms and general state of the hotel for the price.

Good hotel with very pleasant and efficient staff A little noisy but I guess you should expect that in the city centre!!

Arrived to check in several hours after the check in time to be told that the room still wasn't ready. We were advised it would be ready in 10 mins and offered a complimentary drink. The room was not ready until 50 mins later. On entering the room there were still wet towels in the bathroom and bins with no bin bags. Given that we had paid for a premium room the service did not reflect this. We were offered complimentary parking but for the level of inconvenience i would have expected a discount. Would think twice about booking here!

Very clean hotel throughout. Staff polite & helpful. Bathroom shower pressure was amazing. Located on the 1st floor near generators but this didn't impact on ability to sleep. Bed was very comfortable.

We were in Birmingham for one night to see a play at the Alexandra Theatre, which was a short walk around the corner from the hotel. The NCP car park was 100 yards away and extremely convenient, albeit a little expensive (£30 for 24 hrs). All in all, the hotel was in a fantastic location and very convenient for our trip.

The hotel was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
