Friendly, efficient staff. Good food and a clean environment.

No air condition in summer time and not consider to swap other room. Hair in the towel. Breakfast is really good！Located at city centre and very convenience for shopping and dining.

It was disappointing visit after many previous good ones. There were issues with the air conditioning in the room as it was blowing out hot air only with settings all correct. I mentioned it to reception shortly after checking in who said there were issues with the air conditioning across the hotel. My sleep during the night was disturbed because the room was so hot some relief was provided as one of the windows opened. The following the morning I went to use the shower and the shower door fell off as it had only been hooked onto the frame. I managed to use the shower but the door fell off halfway through flooding the bathroom. Overall it was not a good visit this time.

Older property but public areas all look great, room was suitable for my night with a good comfy bed and many mention noise levels I heard no traffic at all. Some parts of room like door into bathroom small areas showing age but overall pretty decent hotel.

Perfect location for the city centre and and 15 min walk from utilita which is why I booked it. Rooms were basic but clean. Aircon didn't work but reception offered an industrial fan in the room as a close second as no opportunity to change room (heatwave 30 degrees) breakfast was good, lots of selection. Overall average stay. Great location.

Checked in, then found out that the air conditioning was broken when I got to the room. During a heatwave, this was unbearable and the room was stifling. I went down and was told that they didnt know when it would be fixed. So decided to check out, go elsewhere and get a refund. Apart from this, I think there are better hotels for similar prices.

Great service and location, just a little tired around the edges in the room, bathroom needed some new beading around bath. Bed was a little uncomfortable in places.

Extremely friendly staff. I asked if I could possibly check in a little earlier which was accommodated as my daughter was in dire need of a nap! Very handy location as only 5/10 mins from Bullring and also very close to the Gay Village for the Pride festival. Have stayed here for the last 4 Pride events and will stay again :)

Brilliant stay! Staff went above and beyond to get me checked in early! And the WiFi actually worked this year!
