Great location for cruises, excellent food in restaurant

Wished the car park was free or at least just £10. £20 is too much.

check in took a very long time with customers in front of me taking about 20 mins to do so. It wasn't your staff I don't thin kit was some kinda of IT or procedural balls up.

Location was great, walking distance to city walls, pedestrian shopping area and large shopping centre with lots of shops and restaurants. We walked to the SeaCity museum which was about a 20 minute walk. The cruise terminals are very close. We got a taxi as we had heavy luggage and it was raining. Joseph the concierge was extremely helpful as was the girl on reception with long dark hair, I didn’t get her name. Had a meal in the restaurant which was very good. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The bed was very comfortable.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Elevators are very small and a disaster could not get elevator to bring our suitcase done. My Husband had to take it down the stairs. This is not normal for a hotel so close to the cruise port and elevator is so inefficient, not to say that the hotel is cheap. It’s very expensive so they should have better service with the elevators.
