Very beautuful ground , lake and hotel. Yoga classes and massage (Alex is the best therapist I ' ve ever had) , bike ride- wonderful time .

Wonderful location. The entire staff was absolutely marvelous , starting with the arrival until we departed. The king suite is big, like a one bedroom apartment, balcony overlooking the lake, a wonderful experience. The massage table in every room is awesome and the steam in the shower as well. We will definitely return to stay a few more days and enjoy everything this tranquil place has to offer. Hard to believe it's so close to The City!

The carpet in the rooms and the restaurant is white so you can see every little stain. For this reason I have to say the place needs a deep cleaning. One of the bathrobes we had in the room had big yellow stains on I'm inclined to think it was replaced or washed before we got there.

Unfortunately, our experience with the daytime reception staff was very disappointing. On our first day, we ordered a juice and a mocha from the juice bar. We waited in the cafeteria for approximately 40 minutes, but no one brought our order. When we reported this to the reception desk, we were told that room delivery was not usually provided, but they would make an exception for us. After waiting another 1.5 hours, we called the front desk for an update. The staff member (men) who answered was dismissive and simply told us to keep waiting. Nearly two hours after placing the order, a receptionist (female) finally delivered the juice to our room. When we asked about the mocha, she explained that it had not been delivered because coffee required an additional charge, she never mentioned that we’ll be charged for the juice! This was never communicated to us when we placed the order. The following day, I ordered another juice. The café employee, who also appeared to be responsible for cleaning duties, told me it would take 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, I saw her downstairs and reminded her about my order. She then asked for another 10 minutes. On our last day, I attempted to order a juice again and was told it would take 30 minutes. Since we were checking out, I declined the order. To make matters worse, we were ultimately charged for three juices, even though we never received the third one. At the same time, the mocha was never delivered because payment was supposedly required in advance. None of this was clearly explained, which made the entire situation very confusing and frustrating. The breakfast was poor and did not meet our expectations. While the hotel itself was attractive and the location was pleasant, the pool was noticeably dirty. The yoga instructor also seemed like she doesn’t have idea what is she doing. It was rainy weekend and the room was very cold, we requested the heat to be started but that never happened..

Did not eat breakfast. Rooms were great, comfortable and relaxing environment.

Would be nice if there was a restaurant on site

We loved how clean and spacious it was as well as all of the amenities.

We were there for three nights and no staff came to straighten up or at least take the trash. Also the breakfast buffet was cold.
