It was clean, the rooms were beautifully well kept and excellent.

There was no heating in some parts of the building and the water in the swimming pool was cold.

I liked the big hot tub and game room I also liked the bicycles. Rooms were clean

I asked a random guest and we both agreed the mattress was too soft. The pillow was t comfortable and the sheets and bedspread not comfortable

The only redeeming feature of this experience was the comfort of the bed. The hot tub was fantastic, but with open hours of 10-6, we had very little time to enjoy it.

This place feels like a hospital from the entry, to the hallways, to the rooms, to the spa facilities and especially the food. There was 1 person sitting behind a check-in desk when we arrived at 7PM on Friday, and from that moment forward the place felt cold and unwelcoming. (we felt like we were in the twilight zone) A few more people checked in on Sat, but there were only a handful of guests at this enormous resort...it's clear they don't know how to create a guest experience. The value is also not there. WAY too expensive for food (mediocre cafeteria food) and spa services on top of an already expensive room. The area around this resort also feels very depressing, the towns are sad and abandoned.

Fantastic wellness feel, spa and yoga. Definitely a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, but also off the beaten path.
