YO1 Longevity & Health Resorts, Catskills

This facility wrongfully charged me for an additional “guest” and when i called to straighten it out they were rude and said they would check it out and get back to me. I’ve stayed at this a hotel twice because I go to concerts at Bethel Woods which is a few hours from my home. I checked in alone and then I went to a Neil Young concert at Bethel. I came back and waived to the night manager as i went up to my room. He i found to be nice, i forget his name but he’s a heavy set guy. I woke up and had to go to work at 6am, i took a shower and left around 6:30. Nobody was at the desk at all so i left my room cards on the check in desk. Abit later i called to make sure they got them and she checked me out. Moments later I got a large charge on my credit card and I called to see what it was. She said it was for a guest and would have the manager look into it and have them call me back. I called the next day and they said they reviewed the cameras and I did indeed have a guest. i told them i had no idea who they were seeing but they were not my guest as i traveled alone, stayed alone, and went home alone. I don’t know what they are up to here but i’ve reported them to my credit card for improper billing and will never return. I refuse to be charged for something I did not do or receive. I was alone

the room was quite nice with a terrific view

The whole stay at the hotel was okay, they just need more people working there and better management.

Upon arrival, the restaurant was closed and the pool/jacuzzi closes at 6pm. We got most of our local info and amenities available through Micjael who was working the reception late at night. He was pleasant, infor.ative, and helpful. The room and the propery was peacef, comfortable, and calm.

It has unmet potential

The property is beautiful! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Hope more people are able to experience the property.

Love the yoga love the room very clean pool and hot tub were amazing. Just wish they were open longer. Did not love the food.
