Residence Inn Cincinnati Airport

Our stay has been great! Gloria wright is amazing…. She goes above and beyond…. I can’t say enough about her. She has made our stay more enjoyable. We are here because our house flooded….. it’s been hard being out of our home…. But having wonderful people like Gloria has made it a pleasant stay.

Awesome staff were very helpful. All were pleasant and accommodating upon arrival. Needed a one night stay after delayed flights, but had the feeling in my room that I would’ve rather slept at airport if it weren’t for a hot shower. Rooms and main areas in two separate buildings were dirty. Surfaces & floors not wiped and dust piling up. Prior guests earrings on shelf and old trash proof of missing attention to detail because it would’ve been more than once it was missed when the left items themselves were dusty. Linens were covered in someone else’s hair, so much so that I shook out bath towels with whichever had least amount of hair and put them on the bed to sleep. Used my wet wipes from my purse to wipe shower & toilet myself. Hallway had bloody snot wiped on wall, elevator had stained splatter, hall carpet had trash in corners and dirty on baseboard, elevator buttons were sticky, Parking lot was creepy. Such a great location and opportunity for amazing amenities. Just disappointed that so many different areas grossed me out.

It was a fast check-in and the personnel friendly.

The layout of the residence inns are awesome, plenty of space for my giant family. However, there is a crazy amount of wear and tear. The chairs were falling apart and the couches super dirty. The front desk staff was amazing- so friendly and helpful all of them. Very yummy breakfast, although the cook is constantly putting things away while you’re eating and so you feel rushed. Which isn’t very fun when you are already on a major time difference. There was one extremely rude housekeeper who wouldn’t help me find a hair dryer when I had already been waiting for an hour and almost late to a wedding! Overall though, we would stay again.

It would have been nice If we would have been informed when we checked in that I had to request clean towels daily and to have the room cleaned. I have never stayed on a property this way. It has always been to request if I didn't want the room cleaned. This should have been reiterated at check in.

Staff was great ,curteous, helpful. Breakfast was very nicel! Wanted to love the hotel but the devils in the details Rule for housekeeping totally unacceptable (must request service 1 day prior). Linen improperly installed or didn't fit. No luggage stools, 3 tv's 2 remotes. Common area carpet worn. Fresh linen or towels occupants responsibility. Too many minor details but i would consider it again

The room was a little dated, and could use a deep cleaning. The staff was excellent!

Plenty of space and lobby was clean and tidy. Very friendly staff

Stairway carpet was worn down but that’s the only bad thing I could say
