It was very nice,the only issue i had was the breakfast kitchen staff..if you asked for something they were very rude 2 different ladies on 2 different days...i would definitely stay again & tell my friends to...Thank you for the kindness of the other staff

Nice area, close to the airport.

Convenient location ! Staff was nice and efficient. Needs Updating . Breakfast was very minimum. I let them know when we were leaving that the bath vanity sink faucet was awkward to get completely off & our efficiency had uneven cooling. To me it fell short for the charges.

Marisa Tritsch the lady running the breakfast was super helpful and especially kind. The entire staff were great. Hotel was clean and well kept. There is a great outdoor space with comfy chairs, firepit and bbq grills. Pool looked nice, just a bit too cold the day I stayed.

My wife and I have stayed at Residence Inns across the country. And have logged more than 300 days there in the last 10 years. When we checked in, our room door was propped open. I've never had that happen in any hotel ever. Apparently housekeeping left it propped open. And the room was not clean. It's an older hotel and that was not the issue. there were pin needles on the night stand, plastic bits all over the floor, the toilets were not clean and one of the toilets didn't work (2 bedroom suite). But what would have been a negative experience (and review) was completely overshadowed by the front desk staff and managers. They took care of us. Over and above anything I would have expected. They were pleasant, kind and honestly cared about our issues with the room. And we accidentally left a very expensive electronic device in the room on checkout. We were contacted within hours and the device is being shipped back to us with zero hassle. My faith in Residence in remains high and a housekeeping issue was overcome by the kind and professional staff. Thank you.
