"Overall we were very happy."

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The room could have had some repairs. Toilet seat was loose. Toilet did not flush properly. Couch was soiled.

The guest staff were absolutely amazing and so kind. The registration building is beautiful with the fireplace and decor. WE LOVE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO BRING OUR LITTLE MALTEPOODLE WITH US. The option for a fire pit or basketball outside was nice. However, we didn't use those amenities because the weather was so cold outside and windy. WE STAYED FOR THANKSGIVING, SO WE DECORATED OUR SUITE.

The pipping made really weird noises. The TV only played sound and no images on the television selection. I woke up at 7am by other guest teenagers pounding on my window and then taking off. The dishes provided were sticky, so we rewashed everything we touched before using.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, from front desk, breakfast attendants, house keeping and many others, that I did not get names were awesome. Housekeeping and maintenance was observed ALL DAY cleaning and wiping down surfaces. This hotel was very well maintained and attention given to safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming experience. "Made it Easy."

We had three two bedrooms suites. We got late, but we were still missing some people. So they checked us in for all the rooms. This made it easy. The rooms were clean and nicely done. It made for a nice stay.
