"Wonderful Experience"

I stay at the Airport Residence Inn every month I come into town. I give this establishment a10 out of 10. All the staff are nice and professional and they make you feel welcomed. I usually travel on the weekend and one staff person in particular named Angela is always very helpful. She greets you with a smile no matter how many times I pass through the lobby. She makes sure that I have everything that I need over the weekend. Her countenance and professionalism is worth mentioning. She definitely deserves a raise for the work she does.

"Family visits Ark Encounter and Museum"

Met 5 cousins for family fun. So pleased with our choice of hotels. Wonderful clean well equipped rooms Lovely grounds to sit and visit as well as a great breakfast. Staff always greeted us with big smiles, asking if we needed anything. Such a friendly helpful group of people. Thank you Sandy, Angel, Shawnann and all of you who were so kind to us and made our stay so delightful.

The hotel is fine. The $100 pet fee for my small dog was a surprise, it appeared no where in the online info. It's very excessive

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn. A friend and I both had the suites with queen beds. The accommodations where Perfect! Spacious! And the bedding was absolutely DIVINE! The staff was so friendly and went out of their was to address a couple of issues I encountered and then some. The complimentary breakfast was so inclusive, everything you could want for breakfast was there. I also used the gym and it was clean and inviting! Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be staying with Residents Inn again!
