Very clean, even though under remodeling. Good location.

Wish they would have coffee available even before or after breakfast times. Did not like, or understand why they have a parkibg fee to park in the Hotel parking lot.

Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable

The pool was closed and the bar was closed this was not mentioned before booking and we booked here thinking we would be swimming and using hot tub. Going start charging $15 a night for parking which is just ridiculous. Anyway to get your money

Everything was malfunctioning at this location. The elevator and telephone in my room were out of order. The indoor swimming pool was closed, and the weight room was not in good condition. This was a waste of my money, especially since I was traveling with my son, an athlete who enjoys working out and swimming. I’ve been in better Embassy Suites, and this one in Colorado Springs will not get my money. again.
