"Great new rooms!"

I’ve been coming to the Embassy Suites Colorado Springs for years, and I’m thrilled with the newly renovated rooms. The upgrades were long awaited and absolutely worth it. Everything feels fresh, modern, and much more comfortable. It’s great to see the hotel invest in the guest experience, and it’s made my stays even better. Highly recommend!

The rooms are exceptionally big and has great sunlight

Daughter got a whole in toe, and injured by a threading needle stuck in carpet, both my daughters received hives type reactions from the water in the bathroom(shower water was black coming out) coffee was extremely watered down, breakfast was not good at all. Was told no construction would occur on Sunday however all morning on Sunday was annoying hammering and drilling. Was not able to relax on top of the stress from my children receiving reaction from the water

The front desk lady was super nice and did what ever she could.

I stayed here for one night — and that was more than enough. The first room felt like a sauna; the air conditioner didn’t work. Only after I complained was I moved to another room where the A/C finally worked. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel is terrible — torn carpets, a broken elevator, and a strong feeling of neglect everywhere. Dinner was inedible: what they called “pasta” was a lump of dough floating in watery liquid instead of sauce. For nearly 170$ a night, I expected at least basic standards of maintenance. Never again. A “Hilton” in name only.

Check in was not good. There was a line of 8-10 people and only one person working. The lady working was very friendly but took almost 30 minutes to check in and I was third in line at the time. This was at 4:00 right at check in time. Not good planning

Breakfast was 'excellent' Everyone nice & clean. Rooms were fair. Elevators (most were not working) Understand renovations will be starting...I'd update the lighting in the bathroom & get new mattresses & linen. Staff was super nice.
