Had a wonderful visit from ariving at the hotel with a warm welcome from concierge Akeem, who remembered us from our last visit in 2025. The Front Desk check in was great with Jaden. The room was nice, clean and cozy with a great view from the 12th floor. Check out was quick and easy and Joel was pleasant and personable. Earl- Server at Blue Window Restaurant was great, pleasant and informative. The ladies at the 24 Seven Cafe were very pleasant. Shannika at Gift Shop was very nice. Comments from rooms :375 & 380
