"Home away from home"

The Jamaica Pegasus is always my first option when visiting Jamaica. The staff and amenities are everything that one could hope for when away from home. The Bellman team, the first to meet and greet you, makes you feel the warmth and welcome, Special mention must be made of Ackeem. His level of professionalism is top notch. He’s alway available to help and always a pleasant appearance. The entire staff is just absolutely amazing.

"Think there's rooms and time to improve"

The location of the hotel is perfect. Linen texture is lovely, clean and fresh Breakfast amazing. Water flow good. Cleaning polite and helpful.

Lot's of old moles slime around sink. Small bath no walking shower. Toilet water was running all night until I couldn't take nor sleep. I called front desk around 03:55 am headache. Someone came and fix toilet around 4am leave all mess. The carpet haven't been hoover for awhile because it's dirty. The keep noisy when open. Unfinished work on bath lower pipe big gap. Curtain faulty. Loud would in the day bagging. It was a restless disturbing night on the 4th May 2026. The chair have old dust and buildup rubbish both bedroom and breakfast area cream chair if filthy. Even like mosquito blood stain on chair in breakfast area. Not welcoming just very bland

I got a room at the 16th floor and best believe it’s a great a wonderful view, I love the mountains scenery. Ackeem was very helpful setting up our room, showing us around and getting us ice truly an asset to the hotel. Looking forward to a wonderful stay.

"My go-to hotel in Kingston"

I always enjoy staying at the The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. It’s definitely my go-to whenever I’m in Kingston, which is about 3 times per year. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Big thank you to Richard in the restaurant, who took great care of me, and Joel at the front desk who really went the extra mile on my most recent visit. The location is great and overall good value for money.

"Average stay with high prices!"

Location great, free parking

Too expensive for the area. I had a fried egg at breakfast and they charged 8 American dollars yikes! The breakfast buffet did not get replenished when things ran out. Service was slow.
