This is my fourth time staying at the Pegasus and all I can say is I literally feel like I'm amongst family. The staff are always friendly and the hotel maintenance staff keeps the hotel clean at all times, I've never experienced a negative situation, from the time I arrive with the front door staff the check-in staff and the 24 seven Cafe staff who remembers my coffee order. Great environment Great staff. Joseph Jones

Ackeem is always helpful always pleasant welcoming professional keep us smiling. The hotel is beautiful rooms are nice and the functions rooms are magnificent... staying is a oh my God feeling been staying here from I was a child and it still hasn't lost that feeling.

"Very poor customer service"

The location was very good

The receptionist were very unprofessional and unfriendly. I wanted to pay upfront at the reception and I met with an attitude. I had to explain to the person that it is unacceptable for this behavior if the price rate is so high.
