The entire stay was awesome from check-in to check-out I would like to specifically recognize Renee' who took care of my room, her smile was bright and radiant, she had an amazing drive to provide excellent Customer service The food was fresh and delicious The entire property was very clean Thank you for making my first trip to New Kingston, Jamaica one I will never forget

"Awesome service plus suites!"

Booked a single room here to relax and unwind after a busy day that culminated in a gala dinner which was conveniently held in the ballroom downstairs (which was fantastic btw) - by the time wifey and I checked in it was after 10pm and the manager on duty - Nichel was his name I believe, was super accommodating and even upgraded us to a suite as it was so late! We had drinks at the well stocked bar in the lobby before retiring to our plush suite for the night. Excellent service all round and will definitely return!
