The guy at the front desk was great

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and initially we got a room with only 1 bed. We went back to the front desk and they gave us another room with 2 beds but no AC. it was a living hell. I went back to the front desk to ask for another room or at least a fan. Nothing was provided.
