Good location, old property that was looking rough. The room was clean.

We killed a large roach within two minutes of being in the room. Someone had to use the toilet, and did not flush it. The floors were dirty and had cigarette burns in the carpet. The fire detector/smoke detector was ripped off the wall. The TV did not work. The hairdryer plug was busted open and wires sticking out. There were fentanyl test strips in the drawer next to the bed. Floor lamps were broken and leaning against the wall. Furniture was old and dirty, and had rips. The person at the front desk questioned why we needed a toilet plunger… The toilet was clogged and would not flush. Unfortunately we had to stay the night at this property because there was nothing available because it was a football game weekend. We paid $347 for this property for one night, and this should have been a property that was rented hourly. They advertised a two minute walk to the college and it was more of a 10 minute drive to the college. They advertised a restaurant and a bar and none of this was available. Completely disgusting and would not recommend anyone stay here.

This room stinks like a wet dog and there are cut toenails in the floor. It has not be cleaned.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in some time. We stayed 1 night for an Auburn game and paid an expensive price for this run-down place. The desk staff were friendly but everything else was negative. The property is in poor condition, and pool area is closed with no water in the pool. The room was outdated, poorly maintained, smelled bad, carpet in bad condition, towels worn and didn’t look clean, shower water wouldn’t shut off fully, switches on lamps didn’t work, and we even found a cigarette butt behind the nightstand of our non-smoking room. No way this should be rated 2.5 star hotel in my opinion. Beware.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. Everything is very old and falling apart and nothing was clean. Our towels were ratty and stained. The sheets had stains. The shower/tub knobs are not even attached and fall off when trying to turn the water on. Half the plugs didn’t work. The floor was disgusting. For what we paid and for what the pictures show online, it’s very much false advertising. This place should seriously be reviewed by the Health Department and very likely needs to be shut down.

We attended the AU game and had booked this stay 3 months in advance. The price was rather high but I figured it was for gameday. Arrived at the property and it was filthy. Roaches , smelled moldy and the ceiling was flaking off in the floor. The night attendant was the only positive of the stay. He refunded our money.

This was a business trip and my client arrived at the hotel prior to me and was checked in under my name. So I could not check in as me, then we had to fix it. Terrible start. The hotel is 1 star level, aged and in bad condition. The pool is empty and full of leaves and dirt, roaches in the room, outlets without covers, etc… time to condemn this place.

Nasty

I have never had a worse hotel experience. The Clarion hotel chain should tear this property down. First, there is mold in walls and furniture, sheets were filthy and stains on walls and in shower. The lights did not work and the door lock was broken allowing someone to push the door partially open and see into room. We asked for new sheets but none arrived and we’re forced to purchase sheets from Walmart down the street. All hotels in area were sold out for game leaving us with no choice but to stay in room. We should have slept in our car. I am a member of Clarion hotels and will rethink this brand all together with a property such as this in their portfolio
