This place need to be inspected by the state! Im almost positive they will shut it down. This place is filthy inside and out!!

The room itself was pretty comfortable and clean. The only reason i gave it such a low score was because of how my stay was handled. It took me almost 2 hours to check in because the young man was under trained (not his fault,) and he tried to charge me for a second room since the one i booked was unavailable instead of just moving me to a different room.

The staff was awesome. A hot breakfast was very good. Very clean very safe. Great location to the university. I would highly recommend it to anybody.

The property is clearly unmaintained and owners are just letting it go. Trash, room doors kicked in, pool and gym closed “due to COVID”. Shower had no grout, just tiles stuck to wall with gaps in between.

This property is in disrepair, pool is filthy and black, restaurant shut down and roof falling in, rooms are absolutely horrible with mold, bathroom stained, roaches in the tub, toilet not flushed, outlets not working and the smell...... Breakfast included was a joke. Coffee undrinkable and a sausage wrapped with a pancake was offered. This place needs to be shut down.

Do NOT stay here with children. Not worth whatever money you will save. The largely empty hotel gave me pause when checking in late at night as a mom with 2 kids for a middle school robotics tournament the next day. Room was very run down, but I optimistically told the kids it was better than camping. Pets are allowed, and I heard large dog barking in adjoining room on right. At 1 AM, I could smell someone in next room on left smoking some untold substance. At 2AM, parties in left room started their “romantic” evening with each other like there was no tomorrow, shaking bed and crying out at length; noises passed through thin walls easily. Then they turned on an adult movie loudly to add to the event. Dog in adjoining room to right barked along. I turned up ac as loud as possible (despite being January) to muffle noises and hope elementary son not wake up. I was afraid to leave and enter desolate parking lot at 2 AM and afraid to bang on wall of couple who I could tell from smell were doing some kind of drugs. Worst hotel experience with children ever. Would rather have gotten up at 5AM and just driven to Auburn rather than spend the night in this disaster. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This s shelter and this property has totally deceived Expedia. This place should be shut down by the health department. I took pictures of this deplorable conditions of this place. The towels were dirty, the tub was nasty and the cleaning lady left the previous person’s soap on the side of the tub, Even the bag for the dirty clothes had stains on it. The two chairs in the room has filthy and totally worn out. The carpet had stains everywhere. They went to junk store and bought the furniture and lamps. The curtains had stains on it. The bed sheets was dirty with stains. The light on the bathroom has so much dirt and insects in it. The toilet paper holder was rusty and dirty, There was no stopper for the tub and the sink stopper was broken; did not go up at all. After all of this nasty mess, they had roaches. I had kill roaches, because I don’t want to bring any of them back home with me. I have several pictures to provide, because I don’t want anyone else to stay in these deplorable conditions. I use Expedia all of the time and this was the first time this has ever happened. Totally Disgusting

Booked a king size bed and the lady gave me a key to a room with 2 double beds. Went back to see what happened and she told me it was the booking site, that they were out of king sizebed rooms. Okay fine, but why not tell me thats what happened before i went to the room? Seemed sketch, but I didn't push it. Got back to the room later in the night and someone was loudly singing smooth R&B?? Till like 3 or 4 am?! THEN in the morning, we were in a room facing the courtyard, where apparently EVERYTHING echoes. A family(?) with a young kid were hollering "come ONNN" started at 7 or 8am and didnt stop till we left at check out at 11. Which btw, the cleaning lady came and knocked on our door at 9am(no worries, that's the gig) and asked us if we were checking out?? Yes ma'am, in 2 hours, we didnt ask for a wake up call OR judgement?? Wack
