Check in was very easy. Gentlman at the front desk was very friendly.

There were roaches in the microwave and a roach craling across the TV.

The room smells very old and the property needs major work. It should not be advertised the way it is on Expedia!!

This property was uninhabitable. It was so dirty and unsafe that we could not stay. It was dark, abandoned, filthy, and smelly— in the rooms halls and common areas. The furniture inside was broken and outside was rotted out. We did not get our full refund and will be fiercely pursuing just that.

Moldy. Property needs to be updated and repaired

Not clean. Comforters and towels had spots. Ceiling falling apart. Moldy. But staff was very friendly.

Expedia should take this hotel off its website immediately. The Clarion is not condemned but it should be. Doors busted in, mold on curtains/ windows, stains on linens, no water in pool that is trashed, vagrant in lobby bathroom washing up, smell of straight urine in bathroom, rooms smell mildewed and old, a/c in room broken, trash everywhere. The guy that checked us in was wearing a shirt that was dirty like he just changed his oil and used his shirt as a towel. They didn’t even argue or ask why when we said we couldn’t let our family stay there.

This had to be the worst property I’ve experienced. Looks deserted and is noticeably shabby. The pool was empty other than a couple inches of dirty debris-filled water. Also noticed the “workout” room had a note on the window saying it was closed due to Covid protocols…wasn’t that 2020? In my room it was very dated and felt warm, so I tried to turn on the air conditioner but it wouldn’t work. I fiddled around with it and then noticed some wires sticking out of the unit at the bottom, as well as a power cord. Laughingly, the cord wouldn’t stretch far enough to plug into the wall, so no air conditioning. I then noticed up high on the wall that the smoke detector was missing and just a few wires were sticking out of the wall. Feeling unsafe I went to the front desk and got moved to another room. After moving my stuff a few doors down I was excited to see the air conditioner worked and there was an operable smoke alarm! However, I then heard “Drip, drip, drip” coming from the bathroom sink. Unable to get the drip to stop I finally had enough, so I went to the front and demanded a full refund and found a new hotel!
