Everything was great

This place is filthy, I had to go to the walmart store and buy sheets a blanket pillow covers and air fresheners because the moment I stepped inside the room, its like it hadn’t been cleaned for ever, the pillows were filthy and yellowish color, same thing with the bed sheets it had other peoples hair on it, definitely not cleaned from the previous guest, there is hardly any maintenance done on it, pool looks green, but the staff are really friendly, and the man at the lobby is very friendly, but honestly apart from that, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE

Very disappointed. No cable the operator gave me the key to someone else’s room and told me that i could use that room if needed then it gets worse i went there because i didn’t have a remote for my tv and he had my remote, then it only had 1 channel. And the room itself was so run down i couldn’t invite anyone over. Waste of my money not impressed

Room torn apart, door open, filthy, no elevator to location of room 224. Cancelled at desk but desk said cancellation must go through Expedia. Very unpleasant and unbelievable public hotel experience

I didn’t like anything about our stay at this hotel. I was traveling with my daughter and two grandchildren. I chose this hotel based on their website pictures and the fact that there was a swimming pool. There was mold on the ceiling of our room. It was supposed to be a none smoking room, yet there were cigarette burns on the chair in the room. The pool was not open and it was filthy! I wish I could attach pictures. The manager did give us another room, which was cleaner. But I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Expedia should not book anyone in this hotel. It should be reported as an unsafe place to stay.

The Receptionist was very helpful and he was very nice at my check-in kudos to him his customer service was way past greatness.

GM checked us in late afternoon. Very friendly, helpful and obviously short handed. Carpet was old and stained. Tile at the tub faucet was broken so showering pours water into the wall. Then, hot water would not turn off. A call to the front desk was answered with "there was no one to address the problem". Towels (not blocking the drain) helped a little with the noise when and door closed. Of course, the sauna then accelerated the mold growth behind the bathroom door. I provided pictures by email to the manager. My very first job was front desk at this hotel in the 70s. Sad to see the deterioration, especially with the name Clarion on it now. The beds were comfortable.

Upon arrival, the building was dilapidated. It did not look anything like the pictures. As a single woman traveling with my teenage son, I immediately felt unsafe. The front desk initially couldn't find my reservation.After calling someone for help, they discovered they gave the room to someone else. They asked to see my ID as if i was the wrong person. Their solution was to call the room and have the other person come down with their ID to determine who the room really belonged to. The person who had taken my reservation did not answer the phone so the front desk clerk was unsure how to proceed. I then left and was had to pay for a different hotel down the street. This place is terrible! They also have not responded to my requeat for a refund.

I don't think they actually expect anyone to stay here, maybe a front for something else? Not sure but the smell was awful, my door didn't fully close, the door next to mine looked like it had been out. I did not stay.

Towel holder fell off the wall,hot water knob fell off in tub, bugs in the room.Not staying here again EVER!
