Clarion Inn & Suites University Center

Very rundown hotel. The staff was very friendly literally everything was outdated/ broken: - Several rooms had broken door locks - The room key card came in a piece of paper with handwritten notes because the printer did not work - No lights turned on in room except in bathroom - Faucet handle in shower came off (though water was OK) - Even the batteries of the TV were empty - Pool area did not look inviting Cleanliness was also a concern. I was told they were aware and just trying to turn it around. I was glad it was only for a night and I would not recommend it.

The room was very dark and very smelly even though it was a non-smoking room. The hair dryer was broken, and I saw small and medium size roaches. It’s better than sleeping on the street though.

No issues with the staff but facility seemed very run down. No ice machines working. Get what you pay for I guess.

I’m sure in its heyday it was a beautiful place but those days are long gone

Lights did not work. Room next door was left open, furniture was smashed and beer bottles was all over the floor. We did not stay.

Musty room, lights not working, no tv, tissue box empty, poor air conditioning, poor general cleanliness.

The first room they sent me to after I checked in was nasty the bed was still unmade I had to go back to the front desk they gave me a new room when I got to room number 2 there was blood on the bed that they had made up the tube was nasty they have bed bugs and other bugs I had to ask for cleaning sheets and I went to the store and got my own cleaning supplies so I can clean the room my self and get a bed cover they also told me they don’t do refund I also walk outside to one of there workers sweeping the steps on the 2floor when she got to the end she sweep all the trash on to my car I had to keep my cool but I went to the office and they didn’t to nun about it I will never in my life stay at this hotel again a day of my life they is a waste of time and money

BED BUGS!!!

It was disgusting, the room was barely breathable it reeked of mold! The shower’s nozzle was broken off into the tub and also had no shower curtain. The fridge had rust all over in and there was dust and mold everywhere! Not to mention the pool was green! I didnt even stay, I walked out asked for a refund, with the hotel and despite the confirmation of the cancellation I still never got my refund and its been 10 days!

room was rundown, 2 spots of blood on the sheets, holes in the wall, and carpet. shower faucet wouldn't shut off. hair dryer didn't work. had a strange smell. not a good selection of TV channels to keep your mind off of everything
