Very dirty. Carpet with holes. Needs a lot of upkeep!

This was a horrible stay. I would give negative rating if I could. Staff was friendly, but amenities were horrendous. The smell of the room was very strong, the bathroom was dirty, the sink had a crack fixed with electrical tape, bugs in the nightstand. It was so bad we considered sleeping in our car. ThankGod we only spent 1 night (game night) and we got out of there as soon as we could – we didn’t dare to use the shower. For the price we paid for the stay, the owners should do better. This has a potential to be an excellent hotel – good location, good staff. if you don’t have anoyher option of hotel, consider your car to sleep - you wilp be better off

This property should be condemned. I booked 2 rooms and time constraints which did not allow me to move to another hotel. I looked at 6 rooms before I found ones which were barely habitable. The linens were dingy. Towels were worn out. 2 electrical outlets did not work of which one was connected to the refrigerator & microwave which did not work. The other one was for the hair dryer which did not work and the outlet did not work. The upholstered chair was ragged and disgusting with a collapsed cushion. Some of the texture of ceiling was falling off. There was no remote control for the TV so I don't know if it worked or not. I mistakenly opened a dresser drawer only to find 6 empty beer cans. I don't know what was with the peep hole as toilet paper was stuffed into it. The bathroom had rust stains from the fixtures in the tub along with mold and mildew. The carpet was filthy. The black out curtains had mildew on them. All this for $249 per night plus taxes. That was my room #221. The 2nd room, #315, was occupied by my guests and was pretty much the same. They were out of there before sunrise & probably have PTSD from their stay. It was another $249 plus taxes. Don't let me even get started on the exterior of the building which is in total dis-repair along with the empty pool. They didn't even have ice. TRAVELOCITY and CLARION YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!!!! I have plenty of pictures I can share if you would like to verify. Worst hotel stay in 40 yr

As a hotel catering to out-of-town guests due to the university, you should do better. Chair broken, room smelled of dampness, my hanging clothes became damp, carpet felt wet, door in bad shape, no light over mirror, hairs on wall of shower, need new tp holder, wall peeling in bathroom…my word! Things are not difficult to fix … and how long has the window in a first floor room been broken? You should really spend some money and make this room habitable. It’s a shame. YOU should be ashamed.

I couldn’t even stay it was so horrific

Out dated. Not clean. Bathroom door was broken. Garbage outside. Old room furniture dumped by the parking area. Only redeeming feature was it was close to the stadium and downtown. Pictures posted of the hotel were not representative of what the place was like in person.

This is the worst place I was forced to stay in. Could not change due to no other hotel available. Bugs including cockroaches everywhere, soiled bathroom, leaking a/c into room soaking carpet. Staff would not assist with no working tv or phone or electrical outlets. They said, “owners will not make it better.”

We learned a hard lesson on this stay…don’t believe the pictures! This was above and beyond the nastiest and scariest hotel we’ve ever seen. When we arrived, it looked abandoned, but we went ahead and checked in. When we opened the door to the room, it was absolutely horrid. We only stayed long enough for me to find another hotel. This place needs to be condemned and torn down.
