Clarion Inn & Suites University Center

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Shame on Clarion for allowing it to stay open in this condition.

They used to be great and now it’s more like a low-end motel 6.

Im very sorry for the inconvenience but I think i should receive a refund my room was dirty the couch had mold on it,the bathtub had a yellow stain in it,an it was a roach on my the bed. It was a bunch of dudes shouting at me as i was entering my room and i felt very uncomfortable. Again i am really sorry

None of the amenities on line were functional. No pool, no gym, no ice machine or vending, no restaurant, first room had a leak under sink and was very musty. The second room smelled better than the leaky room but the tv outlet had a short in it. We were afraid it would catch fire. Not Safe!!

It is awful. It is by far the worst hotel I have ever been in. Impossible for me to believe any of the good reviews. You are better off staying under an overpass off the interstate. DON NOT STAY HERE. Staff was good, but they didn’t even provide room service.

Rooms were dirty, shower water was slowly running, light didn’t work in sink area, phone didn’t work at all. Rusty railings outside. We changed rooms, but the second one was not much better. It was on the second floor. No breakfast left at 8:00am.

It was on the second floor. They told us there was an elevator, but that you could lose the luggage trolley because there were 4 steps down once you got off the elevator. The first morning we had a nice breakfast sandwich, the second day they we all out of breakfast by 8:00 am, so we had nothing.

I will be filing a dispute for a refund. I did not stay there. The property was nothing like described by your site. I checked in and went to the room the clerk assigned me. There was NO bed linens what so ever on the bed. Just a torn nasty mattress. NO A/C and the door looked like it had tried to be broken into before. I did not feel safe at all and of course was disgusted at the sight of the room. I have picture.

Toilet wobbled, some of the lights didnt work, volume on the tv was muted. Towels were terrible, place was pretty gross

The carpets were nasty The TV did not work.The continental breakfast consisted of Jimmie Dean croissant and 2 oatmeal pies in a Brown Bag
